Dividend Pulse Support

Dividend Pulse Support

Welcome to the support page for Dividend Pulse.

Dividend Pulse is a simple, manual-first dividend and wealth tracker designed to help you understand your estimated dividend income, portfolio value, and progress toward your financial goals.

What is Dividend Pulse?

Dividend Pulse helps you manually track:

  • Stocks and ETFs you own

  • Shares held across different accounts

  • Estimated monthly dividend income

  • Estimated annual dividend income

  • Portfolio value

  • Cost basis

  • Unrealized gain or loss

  • Monthly dividend goal progress

Dividend Pulse is designed to be calm, simple, and easy to understand. It is not a brokerage app and does not place trades.

Getting Started

To begin using Dividend Pulse:

  1. Open the app.

  2. Tap Add First Holding or the + button.

  3. Enter your stock or ETF symbol.

  4. Add the company name, account, shares, average cost, latest price, and annual dividend per share.

  5. Save the holding.

Once saved, Dividend Pulse will estimate your monthly dividend income, annual dividend income, portfolio value, and progress toward your monthly goal.

Adding the Same Ticker Across Multiple Accounts

Dividend Pulse supports tracking the same ticker across multiple accounts.

For example, you can add:

  • VOO in Robinhood

  • VOO in HSA Bank

  • VOO in a Roth IRA

Each holding remains separate by account, while ticker-level details such as latest price and annual dividend per share can stay consistent across the same symbol.

Annual Dividend Per Share

Dividend Pulse uses Annual Dividend Per Share to estimate dividend income.

For example, if a stock pays a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, the estimated annual dividend per share would be:

$0.50 × 4 = $2.00

Dividend Pulse then uses that annual amount to estimate monthly income.

Dividend amounts may change over time. Please verify dividend information from reliable financial sources before relying on it.

Price Refresh

Dividend Pulse may allow stock prices to be refreshed through a secure market data proxy.

Price data may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. If price refresh is unavailable, your saved prices will still be shown.

Dividend Pulse does not require brokerage login to refresh prices.

Dividend Goals

You can set a monthly dividend goal in Settings.

Dividend Pulse uses your manually entered holdings and dividend values to estimate your progress toward that goal.

Example:

If your goal is $500/month and your estimated monthly dividend income is $50/month, your goal progress is 10%.

Privacy

Dividend Pulse is manual-first and does not require brokerage login.

The app does not ask for:

  • Brokerage username

  • Brokerage password

  • Account numbers

  • Social Security number

  • Tax ID

  • Banking credentials

Your manually entered holdings are used to calculate your own dividend and portfolio estimates.

For more details, please review the Dividend Pulse Privacy Policy page.

Dividend Pulse Pro

Dividend Pulse Pro unlocks additional tracking flexibility, including:

  • Unlimited holdings

  • Multiple accounts

Free users can track up to 5 holdings. Pro is optional and helps support continued development of the app.

If you purchased Pro and need to restore access, open the subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases.

Troubleshooting

My dividend income looks incorrect

Check that Annual Dividend Per Share is entered as a yearly amount, not a single quarterly or monthly payment.

For quarterly dividends, multiply the latest payment by 4 or use the last 4 payments.

My portfolio value looks incorrect

Check that:

  • Shares are entered correctly

  • Latest price is entered or refreshed correctly

  • The holding is saved under the correct account

Price refresh is not working

Market data may be temporarily unavailable. Your saved prices will continue to be shown. Try again later.

I do not see my Pro features

Try tapping Restore Purchases from the subscription screen. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Dividend Pulse is for tracking and educational purposes only.

Values shown in the app are estimates and may be delayed or inaccurate. Dividend Pulse does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, tax advice, buy or sell signals, or brokerage services.

Dividend Pulse does not require brokerage login, account authentication, Plaid, Robinhood, Webull, SnapTrade, or similar account-linking services.

The app is designed to keep your manually entered portfolio information on your device unless a specific feature requires limited network access, such as refreshing stock prices.

Information You Enter in the App

You may manually enter information such as:

  • Stock or ETF symbols

  • Company names

  • Account names

  • Number of shares

  • Average cost

  • Latest price

  • Annual dividend per share

  • Monthly dividend goal

  • Related portfolio and dividend tracking details

This information is used to calculate estimates such as portfolio value, estimated monthly dividend income, estimated annual dividend income, goal progress, cost basis, and unrealized gain or loss.

This may include your manually entered holdings, account names, dividend values, price values, goals, and app settings.

Dividend Pulse does not operate a user account system and does not require you to create an account to use the app.

Market Price Refresh

Dividend Pulse may allow you to refresh stock or ETF prices.

When you refresh prices, the app sends the ticker symbol, such as AAPL, VOO, or SCHD, to a secure market data proxy operated for Dividend Pulse.

The proxy may then request market quote information from third-party market data providers. The app receives price-related information such as latest price, previous close, daily change, provider source, and whether the response was cached.

Dividend Pulse does not send your number of shares, account names, average cost, dividend values, portfolio value, or personal financial totals to the market data proxy for price refresh.

Third-Party Market Data Providers

Dividend Pulse may use third-party market data providers through a secure proxy to retrieve stock or ETF price information.

These providers may receive the ticker symbol requested by the proxy, but they do not receive your personal portfolio details from Dividend Pulse.

Market data may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate. Dividend Pulse uses this data only to help estimate portfolio values.

No Brokerage Sync

Dividend Pulse does not currently connect to brokerage accounts.

Dividend Pulse does not collect or store brokerage usernames, brokerage passwords, account credentials, account numbers, Social Security numbers, or tax identification numbers.

Dividend Pulse does not place trades, move money, or provide brokerage services.

No Advertising or Tracking

Dividend Pulse does not use third-party advertising SDKs.

Dividend Pulse does not sell your personal data.

Dividend Pulse does not track you across apps or websites for advertising purposes.

No Financial Advice

Dividend Pulse is for tracking and educational purposes only.

The app does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, tax advice, buy or sell signals, or portfolio optimization recommendations.

All values shown in the app are estimates and may be delayed or inaccurate.

Data Sharing

Dividend Pulse does not sell your data.

Dividend Pulse does not share your manually entered portfolio data with advertisers or data brokers.

Limited ticker symbol requests may be sent to the Dividend Pulse market data proxy when you use price refresh features.

iCloud Sync

Dividend Pulse does not currently require iCloud sync.

If iCloud sync is added in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain what data may be synced through Apple’s iCloud services.

Analytics and Crash Reporting

Dividend Pulse does not currently use third-party analytics or crash reporting tools.

If analytics or crash reporting tools are added in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe what data may be collected and how it is used.

Children’s Privacy

Dividend Pulse is not designed for children and is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Choices

You control the information you manually enter into Dividend Pulse.

You can edit or delete your holdings and app data within the app where supported.

You may also delete the app from your device to remove locally stored app data, subject to normal iOS behavior and any device backups you may have enabled.

Dividend Pulse: Portfolio Income Tracker

Dividend Pulse

A simple dividend and wealth tracker built for clarity.

Dividend Pulse is a manual-first dividend and wealth tracking app designed to help you understand your portfolio in a calm, simple, and easy-to-read way.

Instead of feeling like a trading terminal, Dividend Pulse is built more like a personal progress dashboard. It helps you see your estimated monthly dividend income, total portfolio value, and progress toward your dividend goals without the complexity of brokerage sync, trading tools, or noisy market features.

Why Dividend Pulse?

Many investing apps are focused on buying, selling, charts, news, and real-time market movement. Dividend Pulse is different.

The goal is simple:

Help you understand how much dividend income your holdings may generate and how your portfolio value is growing over time.

You can manually add your holdings, enter the number of shares you own, average cost, latest price, and estimated annual dividend per share. Dividend Pulse then turns that information into a clear snapshot of your portfolio.

Key Features

Estimated Monthly Dividend Income

See your estimated monthly dividend income at a glance. Dividend Pulse calculates your estimated monthly income based on the annual dividend per share and the number of shares you own.

Dividend Goal Progress

Set a monthly dividend goal and track your progress toward it. The app helps you see how close you are to your target in a simple, visual way.

Portfolio and Wealth Tracking

Track your estimated total portfolio value, cost basis, and unrealized gain or loss. Dividend Pulse gives you a simple view of your wealth without overwhelming you with unnecessary data.

Multiple Accounts for the Same Ticker

Own the same ETF or stock in more than one account? Dividend Pulse supports that.

For example, you can track:

  • VOO in Robinhood

  • VOO in HSA Bank

  • VOO in a Roth IRA

Each holding stays separate by account, while dividend and price information can stay consistent across the same ticker.

Manual-First by Design

Dividend Pulse does not require brokerage login, Plaid, Robinhood, Webull, or account authentication. You stay in control of what you enter.

This keeps the app simple, private, and easier to understand.

Price Refresh Support

Dividend Pulse can refresh stock prices through a secure market data proxy. The app does not store market provider API keys on your device, and prices are used only to help estimate current portfolio value.

Market prices may be delayed or unavailable at times, so manually entered values remain important.

Important Notes

Dividend Pulse is for tracking and educational purposes only. Values shown in the app are estimates and may be delayed or inaccurate.

Dividend amounts can change over time. A company or ETF may increase, reduce, suspend, or change its dividend schedule. Users should always verify dividend information from reliable financial sources before relying on it.

Dividend Pulse does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, buy or sell signals, tax advice, or brokerage services.

Privacy-Friendly Approach

Dividend Pulse is designed as a manual-first tracker. It does not require brokerage sync or account login for the MVP experience.

Your holdings are entered by you, and the app focuses on helping you organize and understand your own dividend and portfolio information.

Who Is Dividend Pulse For?

Dividend Pulse is for people who want a calmer way to track:

  • Estimated dividend income

  • Dividend progress

  • Portfolio value

  • Multiple accounts

  • Long-term financial goals

It is especially useful for dividend-focused investors who want a simple dashboard instead of a complex trading app.

The Goal

Dividend Pulse is built around one simple idea:

Your dividend and wealth progress should be easy to understand.

No clutter.
No trading noise.
No complicated brokerage setup.

Just a clean way to track your holdings, estimated dividend income, and financial progress over time.
